An RV can be your home away from home when vacationing and deserves the best protection available to ensure worry free travel. At Bakes-Jarvie Insurance, we offer Recreational Vehicle coverage that will protect your Motor Home, Camper, Fifth Wheel, Trailer or Tent Trailer as well as the contents inside. You can select from a "Specific Perils" plan (basic policy) or an "All Risk" (comprehensive policy) which includes Glass Coverage.

What It Offers

Three different settlement options are available to protect your RV...

• An "Actual Cash Value" policy will provide a cash payment based on the current or actual value of the unit at the time of the loss or damage.
• A "Replacement Cost" policy will provide that amount required to repair the unit with materials of like kind and quality or replace the unit with a current model year, of like kind and quality, without deduction for depreciation, subject to the limit of insurance you selected.
• A "Guaranteed Replacement Cost" policy guarantees to replace your RV with one of similar quality if it were to suffer a total loss. Repairs are made with material of like kind and quality without deduction for depreciation. This policy also includes a one year "Extended Appliance Warranty" on new units.

Each policy provides coverage for personal belongings normally kept in the RV with limits ranging from $2,500 to $5,000. You may also select your own deductible, from $50 to $1000.

Emergency Vacation Expenses are also provided in most RV policies which will reimburse you of any emergency expeses as a result of insured damage.
